If you have a subscription, but your license data is not in sync, take the following steps to sync your license data: Open any QuickBooks company file (even a sample file). Select Help. Select Manage My License. Select Sync License Data Online. Your license data is synched on Intuit servers. What if a client sent me a link to download their Accountant's Copy transfer file, but the link expired? When a client sends you a link to an Accountant's Copy transfer file, you have two weeks to download the file. If you are unable to download the file within this timeframe, the link expires. There is no way to recover the file from the link, so you will need to ask the client to send the file again.
