Now review the setting of IE Solution 2- Configure the setting of Internet Explorer In first step close your QuickBooks Desktop Now open your Internet Explorer After opening of Internet Explorer, choose Tools and click on Internet Explorer. Now choose Advance tab and move your cursor to the security group and click on the checkbox for Check for server certificate revocation and Check for publishers’ certificate revocation both. Now Click on the LAN Settings Screen: Select Advanced tab. Now Click on Restore Advanced Settings. Then Check Settings and scroll down to find use TLS 1.0, Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2 options. Then select Use TLS 1.0 and verify to check. Verify if Use TLS 1.1 options and Use TLS 1.2 are not checked.
