Outreach! • Nov 30, 2007 • Pam left a message with Wendy Bucknam to schedule a meeting with GM and five Residents Voice representatives at 2399. • GM Secretary, Kim Taylor responded on Dec 3, 2007; (Click on speaker to hear answering machine response) Residents Voice

Conclusion • Residents Voice has contacted the GM seven times via email, letter, in person and at Board Meetings, and invited him to address Residents Voice. • Until this year he has refused to respond. • Only recently he has declined as a result of a restriction that he put on the meeting. • He wanted Residents Voice to provide a presentation made and owned by, Paul Loughrey. • The GM erroneously attributed the presentation to Mike Curtis who was not involved. Conclusion (cont.) • On Monday Feb 3, 2008 a group of eight individuals from Residents Voice tried to schedule an appointment with the GM in a resident’s home. • The GM publicly stated at the GRF Board Meeting on Tuesday Feb 4, that he again refused to meet with Residents Voice. Residents Voice

What we did get! • Residents Voice will be interviewed by Rob Merritt on Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at 8:30 am on Channel 6. • Hopefully to refute the ongoing false information provided to the community about Residents Voice by the GM. Residents Voice
