Discourse Intelligence Network Empowerment Through Participation Towards Cooperation on the Nile.

The Nile Basin Discourse Network aims to empower through participation, fostering collaboration on transboundary issues and practices. With 10 active NDFs and approximately 625 member organizations, it enhances dialogue, capacity building, and evidence-based monitoring to drive regional cooperation. Challenges include fragmented implementation of laws, securing sufficient funding, and navigating complex political landscapes. Enhancing the practice involves expanding content and funding to improve cooperative efforts.
