  2. David B. Silipigno Foundation is run by a proficient businessman David Silipigno from Saratoga County. Since past 18 years, he has been teaching mortgage and innovating business ideas. He is also the founder/consultant of five businesses, which includes First Guarantee Mortgage, Industry Partners Title, Saratoga Studios, Saratoga Venture Capital and The Principal Commercial.

David studied from Shenendohwa High School in Saratoga and later he graduated from Albany University. At mere 19 years of age, he ventured into business and in a year's time he opened up his first company, National Finance Corp. (NFC) with employees' strength of 600 young people.
