The experiences learned through working independently were an asset to Hagler, as he is best able to come up with creative sales and marketing strategies for his current employers. The heart and soul of you small business lies in the ability to get potential clients to learn about the products and services you offer. For this to happen, you have to undertake marketing, which will cover multitude aspects including sales, advertising, and customer relations.

Through marketing, sales start to increase, and it falls upon you as the owner to ensure that quality remains high. Without employing marketing, the increased sales may never have happened.
