System Goals • Increase efficiency and accuracy in the commenting process for the Secretariat, Contact point, In-country reviewers • Robust, reliable, user-friendly editing features for users • Light weight model, caching and low band tools for users with slow or limited internet access • Incorporate additional features requested by users, like comment sharing with other member states, levels of delegation within member states, offline component
