  3. Krave is a chocolate cereal made by Kelllog. It was introduced in the UK in 2010, marketed under the slogan "Taste Unleashed", later "Here ChoccyChoccy". The adverts feature the cereal pieces hunting blocks of chocolate. Kraveinthecafeteriabetweenthecereals http://en.wikipedia.org

Let’s take a look inside…What you need to know:Let’s start with the ingredient list: • ChocolateFlavoredFilling (sugar, soybeanoil, skimmilk, cocoa, chocolate, soylecithin, palmoil, vanillaextract), sugar, wholegrainoatflour, wholewheatflour, riceflour, oatfiber, cornbran, contains 2% or less of: brownsugarsyrup, salt, palmoil, artificialflavor, mixed tocopherolsforfreshness, betacaroteneforcolor, annattocolor, BHT forfreshness.   5. As you can see, the first ingredient is sugar. The chocolate filling is more sugar and oil than actual chocolate. The palm oil helps keep the filling from melting at room temperature. Soy lecithin is commonly used in chocolates as an emulsifier, to keep the blend of ingredients … blended. The “Made with real chocolate” claim is a bit misleading here. You’d think there would be some serious chocolate here, not some flavoring mix… The second ingredient after the filling is yet again sugar. The total sugar in this product is 11 grams, just under 3 teaspoons, per serving. For perspective, that 44 calories out of a total of 120 calories per serving. Maybe therearesomegoodingredientswhatweneed (vitamins) but I thinkIshould stop eatingthisfood per 3 timesin a day. • I canonlyrecommendittothosewhoaredoingsomesportseveryday. Becauseifyoudon’tdosomesportsyoucan pit someweightseasilybecause of thisfood. • Onlyotherhandittastesprettygood and I thinkit is thebestcereal. I alwayseatcerealsfrommychildhood and I thinkItriedallthetypes of cereal and this is incredible. • But I thinkIdon’thavetoeatthisfoodbecausethereare a lot of sugar and this is soharmful. • Insummary I woudn’trecommendtoanyone. Maybe onetimein a week.
