Be Well- Live Well Workshops • Must be Conducted Under an Active License • 2-2 ½ Hours per Day • 1 day per week for 6 weeks • Includes Using Skills Such as • Problem Solving • Making Action Plans • Communication • Brain Storming • And More

Master Trainers Requirements • Must Be Certified by Stanford University • Must Co-Lead Workshops & Trainings • Must Conduct Workshops • Must Train Lay Leaders • Must conduct Lay Leader training at Least One Time per Year • Can be Staff or Volunteer
Lay Leaders Requirements • Must be certified by Master Trainers • Must attend a Four-Day Class • Must Lead a Workshop at least once per year to maintain certification • Must Co-Lead workshops • At Least One Lay leader in each Workshop Should have a Chronic Condition • Can be Staff or Volunteer
