  4. Case Endings • If you “have” something, the “something” must be ACCUSATIVE CASE. • Use the endings on your sheet to see how those are spelled:

  7. Case Endings • Words like frater, fratrisuse –EM/-ES for direct objects. • NOT Fraterhabeo • Fratremhabeo (I have a brother) • Duosfratreshabeo (I have 2 brothers) • Be sure you get the correct stem by dropping –is from the genitive.
