  5. ? ? ? ? ? ? Nominal Clauses are any clause that functions as a noun. Normally they can be identified because they answer the question “WHAT?” ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

  6. Gerunds&Infinitives • Gerunds = verbs ending in “ING” that act as nouns • Infinitives = verbs preceded by the word “to” that act as nouns
