What has slowed us down… • Delay in award of CDC contract • Change in the vendor • Access issues from outside the DHHR network
What’s coming in 2012… • By Jan 1 – all Regional Epis using “New” WVEDSS • Jan 1 – Regions 3 and 5 “Go Live” • LHD users begin using “New” WVEDSSS to report cases • 1st quarter – Regional trainings conducted in remaining regions

What’s coming in 2012… • Mar 1 – Regions 1,2,4,6,7 & 8 LHD “Go Live” • LHDs begin using “New” WVEDSS to report cases
Communication • Web page on DIDE website dedicated to “New” WVEDSS • Provide updates • New investigation forms • Conference call(s) • Written communication • Letters just out to LHD Administrators to update user information
