Meet The Board • President: Dana Murano • Vice president: Deanna clark • Shadow: Sam soprano • Secretary: trinacardamone • Treasurer: Kelsie Sprague • Pr/design manager: Sam Cillo • Show committee manager: Jaclyn Navarro • Shadow: Katelyn Ollhoff • Community Service manager: Anna Carbone • Shadow: Devon McCaffrey • Website manager: Kelsey o’Brien • Shadow: Alyssa Dibello

  3. General Information • New club account: DanceEnsemble.club@gmail.com • The old club account is still active • Email the club account NOW if you do not receive emails from us • Add yourselves to the iLearn site! Look for Marist Dance Ensemble

  4. Spring 2014 Show • April 5th and 6th in the mccann center • Rehearsal week will begin Sunday, march 30th • “forever on the dance floor” • Ticket sales will begin in march • Let’s vote: 3 shows

Spring 2014 classes • Classes are posted on our website http://clubs.marist.edu/dance/danceclasses.html • Sign ups are tomorrow!!!!! • Email choreographers at 5:00pm sharp! • You will hear back from all choreographers by Saturday at 5:00pm • Email the club account if you don’t get into any dances • Classes will be starting Sunday January 26th • Make sure you check where you class is!!!

  6. Priority Points – Spring 2014 • 1 point: Comes from attending 75% of meetings AND dance classes • We will be getting attendance from choreographers • This means you can’t miss more than 2 classes/semester • 2nd point: Participating in 3 community service events, MCDE events, or committees • Show committee, community service committee, pr committee, events, etc

  7. DVD’s • If you ordered one, it should be in your mailbox sometime next week • We’ll let you know when they go out • If you have friends who are abroad, make sure they email Deanna their home address so she can mail it

  8. PR Committee • Sign up with Sam Cillo if you would like to work on the Behind the Curtain Campaign • Program Fundraiser! • Invite your parents/friends/roommates to put lines in the program! • $10 for 3 lines • Parents email addresses at the end of the meeting

  9. Spring apparel • Sweatshirt: $30 • SHOW SHIRT: $17 • Sweatpants: $30 • Apparel sale dates: • 2/18: 7:00-8:30pm • 2/26: 11:00am-1:00pm • 2/27: 9:00-10:30pm

  10. Community Service • Friends of Jaclyn Basketball game • Wednesday January 29th 7:00PM IN THE MCcANN CENTER, FIND A BOARD MEMBER • Teaching classes at Krieger • Relay for Life Team • RELAY IS APRIL 4TH 12NOON-MIDNIGHT • Collection during rehearsal week/at the door • Keep an eye out for emails from us with more opportunities!!

  11. Broadway dance center workshop • Will be after the show • Michelle barber and kadee Jacobsen of BDC come to marist • …IT’S AWESOME. • COUNTS AS A MCDE EVENT
