  4. 2018 Business Updates • Ridership • ~285 Riders down ~5 from 2017 • Los Alamos is doing a lot of hiring • Started new 4 x10 van to TA55 • Have 26 routes same as 2017 • 2 – 3 routes struggling • No spare at Car-ER • Current ownership • Own 3 mini-vans and one 15 passenger vans • Mileage on owned vans 160K to 255K • Attempts to move to a different Credit Card service company were not successful

  5. 2018 Income vs. Expenses • Income $ 535,751 • Expenses ($510,291) • Net before depreciation $ 25,460 • As compared to ($7,091) in 2017 • PLUS we purchased 2 used mini vans • Improved income due to costs cutting efforts and reduction in the total number of routes • CD ~$33K continue to extend

  6. 2018 Old Business • Major 2017 costs elements • G&A, Administrator, Adv ~$ 26K Down (1) • Gas & Oil ~$120K Up (2) • Repairs and Maintenance ~$ 45K Down (3) • Insurance ~$ 42K Down (4) • Lease Payments ~$ 209K Down (5) (1) Reduction in Administrator fees from $1,300 to $1,000 (2) Gas prices were up slightly in 2018 (3) Having new and less vans has reduced repair cost (4) Insurance for 2018 is lower due to reduced number of routes (5) Close 3 mini-van leases in October 2018 and purchased 2 of them.

  7. New Business • Ford Vans • Received recalls on the 2015/2016 vans – will forward to coordinators this weekend. • Driveshaft Flexible Coupling Replacement • 2018 – Our 2009 minivan has over 255K • Performed unauthorized repairs in March 2018 - $1200. • Advised the coordinator and repair shop that NO additional repairs are authorized until I can evaluate if we want to spend the funds. • Dec 2021 • Walter has agreed to extend all the leases until December 31, 2021. • He will not close his business at that time • Another leasing agent/agency must be in place at that time or close. • If Board agrees I currently plan to continue as Administrator through the end of 2021 • Other – Open Floor Discussion • Close Meeting
