This study aims to develop a statistical method to quantify the vascular response after radiotherapy on glioma tumors. CT perfusion scans before and after treatment will be analyzed using a voxel-by-voxel approach to identify changes in blood volume, blood flow, and permeability-surface area product. The statistical method will provide valuable information for assessing treatment effectiveness and predicting patient survival.
