  4. Energetic Workers TU • Situation at the beginning of the project: • TU-s existing: • Empower – 12 members • Fortum 26 members • Task: increase the membership

  5. Energetic Workers TU • Membership rate after the project: –Empower (Finnish) – 18 members –Fortum (Finnish) – 32 members Result: +12 –Empower (Finnish) – +6 members –Fortum (Finnish) – +6 members

  6. Light Industry Workers TU • Target company: • AS Rakvere Lihakombinaat (belongs to the HK Ruokatalo concern)

  7. Light Industry Workers • Situation at the beginning of the project: • TU existing • No shop steward • 80 members Task: elect new shop steward, increase the membership and agree the collective agreement

  8. Light Industry Workers • Membership rate after the project: AS Rakvere Lihakombinaat – 80 • Result: 0

  9. Wood and Forestry TU • Target Companies: • Flexa Eesti AS • YIT

  10. Wood and Forestry TU • Situation at the beginning of the project: • Flexa – union is collapsed • YIT – individual members are left Task: Create/establish/recruit to/a union

  11. Wood and Forestry TU • Membership rate after the project: –Flexa Eesti AS - 0 –YIT - 0 Result: 0

  12. Metalworkers TU • Target companies: • Elcoteq • PKC

  13. Metalworkers TU • Situation at the beginning of the project: • Elcoteq – union is existing (120 members) • PKC – union is existing – 455 • Task: increase the membersip minimum two times

  14. Metalworkers TU • Membership rate after the project:- Elcoteq – 120 members PKC – 460 members  Result: +15 Elcoteq – 0 PKC – 15 members

  15. Insurance Workers TU • Target companies: • IF Eesti (south and west departments) • Hansapank • Sampopank

  16. Insurance Workers TU • Situation at the beginning of the project: • IF Eesti havening the trade union • Hanspank and Sampopank do not have any union but there are existing some contacts Task – recruit new members

  17. Insurance Workers TU • Membership rate after the project:– IF Eesti - 46 Hansapank - 0 Sampopank - 0  Result: +5 –IF Eesti - +5 –Hansapank - 0 –Sampopank - 0

  18. Postal and Service Workers TU • Target companies: • G4S (former Falck) • TELE2 • Central Hotell And also they are creating a unions’ work at the next multinational companies: AS LEVIRA (France), Starman AS

  19. Postal and Service Workers TU • Situation at the beginning of the project: • G4S – no union, existing workers representative and some workers belongs to the Service and Commercial Workers TU • Hotel Central – 14 – members • TELE2 – no members yet Task – recruit new members

  21. Service and Commerce TU • Target companies • G4S (Falck) • Jysk Linnen’n Furniture • Säästumarket (ICA)

  22. Service and Commerce TU • Situation at the beginning of the project: • G4S – 41 independent members • Jysk – 11 members • Säästumarket – 5 members

  23. Service and Commerce TU • Tasks: • G4S – 30 new members • Jysk – at the end of the project 50 members • Säästumarket – 20 new members
