IRIS – Brazilian Activities Comments • CNEN regular budget; • 2 small CTENERG projects; • 1 small FAPESP project; • A possible “Instituto do Milênio” project • It is different from everything I have worked on; • Managing by instilling enthusiasm; • A network of interested people (10 – 30), but with many other commitments ; • Student support (thesis) is essential; and • Good synergy, but still dependent of some key persons.
