This update includes changes to guide sign regulations for conventional roads, including the deletion of the option to use all upper-case letters for place names and street names and provisions for the use of pictographs. It also covers requirements for arrow placement, the use of green backgrounds for route and auxiliary signs, and new provisions for street name signs and community wayfinding signs.
