Lead Teacher Capstone We would like you to: • Sort through & reflect on the work you have done this year • Identify practices and/or tools that you hope to continue • Document resources to preserve them at your school & share with others • Submit 1 or more, with a written reflection Not asking for something new- just to document some of the work already done!

Evaluation Feedback & PD Survey Ambitious participation goals 70% completion rate among all teachers Quick, Voluntary & Confidential Average survey response time was less than 4-minutes Responses are confidential • Administered by Brown University – BPS never sees responses Not anonymous – individual survey link • Reduces reminder emails • Allows for individual raffle prizes - $300 Amazon Gift cards • Prevents more than one survey response per person

Supporting Resistant Colleagues: Analyzing the Case Step 1: Read the case • Read thoroughly, underlining or highlighting pieces of information that you think are significant to understanding the case Step 2: Establish the facts of the case • What are the significant facts of the case? Try to withhold judgment, inferences or evaluation

Supporting Resistant Colleagues: Analyzing the Case Step 3: Case Analysis Questions • Describe the situation • What problem/challenge needs to be solved? • What are some assumptions underlying this case? • What are some of possibilities of why this teacher may be declining support? • Identify 3 potential courses of action. What are the pros/cons of each action?
