Complete metamorphosis Ex: butterflies, ladybugs
• 4 stages Egg Larva Ex: maggots, caterpillars Eat and grow molts (sheds skin) When stops growing, larva does not eat anymore Pupa – larva is changing inside into adult insect Adult
