School officials in the Ohio city of Hamilton said they prohibit extreme and distracting hairstyles. Visitors taste Beaujolais Nouveau at the open-air wine spa in Hakone, Japan, on Nov. 19. The Hakone Kowakien Yunessun spa complex launched an open-air wine spa four years ago, and the event takes place every year.
