Working with Wufoo forms • Login instructions to view form entries: • Website:  http://www.wufoo.com/ • Email for login:  communications@mcc • PW for login:  Forms4MCC • Note: only the site administrators are able to EDIT form entries. • The following slides will show you what you need to know about our MCC forms online. August 27, 2013

  2. MCC’s Wufoo form manager After logging in, you will go to our FORM MANAGER where all our forms are listed. Click on your form and a menu box appears under the form name; click on “entries” to see the listing of responses to the form.

  3. Viewing form entries After logging in and selecting your FORM, you can view all your entries Scroll through the pages so you can see all your entries. Six entries are shown per page.

  4. MCC’s WufooAdministrators can edit entries, if needed

  5. Viewing and sorting entries Click on this plus sign to add more column headings to your view Click on any column heading to SORT based on that column

  6. Exporting to Excel – click on “Bulk Actions” When you click on “BULK ACTIONS”, you are able to export to a spreadsheet

  7. Exporting to Excel Select this option

  8. Edit just like any other Excel spreadsheet

  9. When your registration requires PAYMENT, the last step of your Wufoo form will redirect the person to the MCC Store for secure payment

  10. MCC and Wufoo • Once you use a Wufoo form, you will be a “convert”! You willreceive all your entries instantaneously by email, or if you so desire, by text message. • Questions? Contact your Communications Staff for help!
