Scope Revisit the Athens Earthquake by developing a procedure that minimizes orbital effects and noise induced by the unwrapping algorithm, in order to detect any post-seismic deformation. Methodology
Processing • Unwrapping • Tilting • Unwrapping noise removal • Stacking • Filtering • Modelling Conclusions • High frequency noise in the deformation map reduced to 2mm r.m.s. • Better assesment of the deformation induced by the earthquake. • No post-seismic deformation has been detected. • There is still the need of tropospheric noise removal.
