  4. Blood 의 Centrifugation방법 및 결과 [ PRF Preparation ] • 목 적 : 다량의 Platelet을 포함한 Fibrin Clot 분리 • 조 건 : • 결 과 : • 1) Membrane으로 쌓여진 Clot형성. • 2) RBC clot 와 연결되어 있는 경우가많음 • 3) 상부에 plasma(PPP)층이있을 수 있음. • 4) PRF Clot과 RBC Clot을 절단하여 사용. 3

PRF 에 대하여 IV 1. 용어 PRF : Platelet-Rich-Fibrin : 혈소판 농축 피브린 PPP : Platelet-Poor-Plasma PDGF : Platelet-derived growth factor VEGF : Vascular endothelial growth factor TGF : Transforming growth factor 2. PRF의 특징 1) Natural Biomaterial : 생성과정에서 그어떤 Chemical (anti-coagulant, Thrombin, Ca ++, Clot Activator, …)가 첨부되지 않는다. 2) Easy Preparation : 단한번의 Centrifugation 만으로 Clot이 형성된다 . 3) Slow Release of Growth Factors : GFs가 장시간 에 걸쳐 분비된다 . (PRP는 1h이내 ) 4) Inexpensive : 제조과정에들어가는 소모품이 없어 제조단가가 매우 저렴하다. 7
