  2. What is ACF The shrinking space of art reportage in print and broadcast medium led to the foundation of Art Culture Festival in 2016. We had kick-started as an arts website featuring in-depth interviews, art analysis and international trends. However, over the years we have spread our wings with interactive mediums such as podcasts and videos. ART CULTURE FESTIVAL
