Goals Campus Leaders will… • Identify structures leaders need to have in place to ensure that student acceleration mindset is prevalent among all teachers. • Analyze how leaders organize instructional time to ensure that a focus on instruction is constant and prevalent in the building. • Develop data markers needs to ensure that the campus is on course and students are making gains. 3
