Want to give your kids a very merry christmas? Then take them to the Christmas Flotilla! With boat rides and dancers like the Grinch, he'll be too busy to try and steal Christmas! Santa even comes up to children and hands them toys and candy, wishing them " Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas!" It is an amazing experience for the whole family!
This magical evening kicks off the Christmas season in New Bern with breathtaking light displays, beautiful boats, and joyful music! And make sure to meet santa in The Union Point Park afterwards! Don't worry, he doesn't need anymore cookies and milk...he's had PLENTY! But make sure to bundle up because it can get chilly! But you can always grab some hot chocolate thats available!
Here's something you should know... - The 28th annual Christmas Flotilla is on the 1st of December. - It is free of charge. - It is being presented at Union Park, downtown New Bern, 210 East Street. - It will be from 5:30 p.m. through 7:30 p.m.
Want A Better View? Go on a moonlight dance cruise to view the Flotilla! This fantastic water experience will be one that your family will never forget! With delicious buffets for fine dining, hot and cold beverages continuously available, and a breathtaking display of the Flotilla and a shower of fireworks, who would pass up this opportunity?
If you're interested, this cruise will be aboard the Water Princess II on November 24th, 2012 and will load in passengers at the Carolina Beach Marina at 3:00 p.m. and departure is at 3:30 p.m. at 100 Carl Winner Avenue.The return depends on when the firework show ends and the flotilla is over.There will be music and dancing on deck.The meal consists of authentic NC Barbeque, Honey baked beans, potato salad, Cole slaw, hot Garlic toast, and multiple choices of desserts.
