  4. Challenge B: Appraisal and Performance management. • Traditional ways becoming obsolete • Difficulty in assessment. • Challenge C : Training. • Doctors….Continued Medical Education • Nurses…..Continued Nursing Education • Accreditation Programs

  5. Challenge D: Retaining Talent Employees leave due to: • Lack of growth prospects • Better packages / migration • Lack of recognition and rewards • Way forward: • Brain drain to brain gain • Migration fees to be paid to country loosing talent • Promote reverse brain drain.
