Student Plaza Opening - 16 Apr Programme Outline • 9.30am : Pre-event entertainment (Barracuda, Unicyclist and In-line skating) • 10.00am : Opening Ceremony by Council Chairman & Principal (High-Energy Performances from Lion Dance, Magnum Force & NRA) • 10.30am : Mini Parade ala Chingay to Atrium via Covered Walkway and Underpass (led by Barracuda, Lion Dance, Magnum Force and NRA) and the various CCAs and Societies(Academic Societies with Banners and Mascots, Unicyclist, In-line skaters, Tri-Elite, Dragon Boaters, Fencers, DanceSports etc) • 10.40am : VIP Party to arrive at Entrance of Underpass and take Underpass to Atrium – stop along the way to view and mingle with busking groups in Underpass • 11.00am : VIP Party to arrive at NPSU Tentage for Symbolic presentation of bags to Freshmen
