Trident is a three wheeler, commuter tricycle Tricar. A step in the right direction doing our bit to fight Global Warming, Congestion, and Energy Efficiency. Trident is the ideal low cost, low maintenance, low to no emission vehicle for Government offices such as police departments for parking and patrol, electric companies, mail and courier work, fast food deliveries, hospitals, campus and resort etc, etc . Similarly they are the ideal transportation for mums to run to the store or pick up the kids from school rather than using the large gas guzzling family car, without the hazards of riding a motor bike . The silent electric models are most suited for resorts, golf clubs, hospitals, retirement villages and security companies.
Introduction Trident Tri-car is a new innovation sensation Electric Vehicle. Trident is a 3 wheeled vehicle that is available in Full Electric, Gasoline and LPG/CNG and now also available our Hybrid Electric/Gasoline powered models Trident has to be considered as a tricar it’s not a car .. Its maybe the safest motorcycle on the road . It has been a work in progress for 10 years. Meaning this project started from scratch 10 years ago, Asian Dragon Enterprises., who owns the rights and designs for Trident Vehicles are exclusive to these designs and technology. along the road we at Asian Dragon Enterprises., have developed these innovative vehicles and we are now ready to market and start selling. Introduction Asian Dragon Requires a minimum of $600,000 to fully set up an assembly plant in Clark Freeport zone Pampanga. This includes paying the Lease for 1 whole year (to be able to get a considerable discount) to buy equipment for assembly plant, to purchase sample vehicles for Display / test drive and to do minor upgrades for the premises . (note: $600,000 does not include any inventory to sell ). Once established inventory will only require a revolving Letter Of Credit we will establish a 60-90 days line of credit to Ship-Assemble-Sell before we even pay for Vehicles.
The People Behind Trident • Rob Sullivan, an Australian expat, founded Asian Dragon in 1984 and has built a strong reputation for mediating the sale of excess stock of all kinds, consumer goods, building and scrap materials, heavy equipment and aircraft. Rob based his business in the Philippines since early 1980’s and maintains strong relationships with his business network there. He also designed the fantastic Trident Tricars & has worked hand in hand with our manufacturer in China for the last 10 years. he now is involved with designs and fabrication of Electric Cars for sale worldwide • Michael Sullivan, President of D.E.A.L.S Corporation based in Subic bay, Established and managed a Duty Free store based in Subic Bay . . Mike has an extensive knowledge when it comes to Retailing and Wholesaling also on Import / export process in the Philippines .
Why Clark ? • Why Clark ? Clark is a growing economic zone and by doing business inside a Freeport zone we are entitled to a VAT exempt corporation. In which we do not need to pay any taxes and Duties for our import though electric vehicles are already exempted from tax. It is still much easier and simpler to base the business in Clark having our good relationship with CDC .Also By being a locator inside the Freeport Zone your are also entitled to only 5% BIR annual tax. Clark is in Between Subic Bay And manila . Thus meaning we ship to Subic bay – truck to Clark- assemble – deliver to any point whether it be for local sales or for export. Setting up in Clark allows us to export DUTY FREE to any ASEAN countries.
What is our Goal for setting up ? • Asian Dragon has positioned itself to obtain an order from the Philippine Government in conjunction with land Bank Philippines for a minimum order of 8,000 units (initially) with possible orders over 100,000 per year including private sales (non Government) • The program of the Philippine Government is partially funded by the Asian Dev. Bank and the Clean Technology Fund (through the World Bank) Plus, the internally generated fund from the Phil. Gov't. with a target of 100,000 units of electric powered tricycle replacements, operating within 5 years . • The initial target will be to replace all Internal Combustion EngineTricycles in Boracay and Puerto Princesa .being major touristSites, and some parts of Metro Manila with the first 20,000 units. • The National Economic and Development Authority is further set to provide 100,000 Electric Tricycles to operators in Metro Manila, Davao City and Cabanatuan City. • Just 1 quarter of these orders 25,000 x $500.00 = $12,500,000 in Profit
