This activity is a reflective and questioning strategy: The “WARM” phase is used to recognise areas of success and areas that work – it is about finding and relaying positives as feedback. They are no values to be attached to statements eg The plan clearly identifies….. The “COOL” phase poses questions for deeper reflection. How? Who? What if? When? It is meant to raise options and help with suggestions The “HARD” phase describes short comings and can ask: Why? Why not? This process can be linked to “Traffic Lights” GREEN – Go / AMBER – Caution / RED - Stop
