  3. 定保機具 • 機具名稱：廢氣分析儀 • 依測試氣體種類分，廢氣分析儀可分為下列幾種: ⑴二氣體分析儀:CO、HC (現行監理單位所使用) ⑵四氣體分析儀:CO、HC、CO2、O2 ⑶五氣體分析儀:CO、HC、CO2、O2、NOx • Q棟工廠的廢氣分析儀是二氣體分析儀(測機車廢氣的)。

  6. Q:機車的廢氣有哪些? • A:正常情況應該是產生無毒的CO2跟水H2O ，但是只有要燃燒時間或混合比不準確的 話就會產生下列的廢氣: CO:一氧化碳(引擎燃燒不完全會產生) HC:碳氫化合物(別名未燃燒的油氣 ) 懸浮微粒 硫氧化物（二氧化硫） 二氧化氮（NO2）

  7. 功能： 測量排氣裡面的廢氣含量，當廢氣量超過CO、HC標準時，可以去調整混合比調整螺絲。

  8. 廢氣分析儀之使用 • 測試: ①量測前先檢查廢氣分析儀濾芯(清除濾杯內之水分)。 ②開機後，須先暖機10分鐘以上。 ③先調是四行程還是二行程機車按鈕在做歸零校正。 ④機車保持怠速運轉。 ⑤將分析儀的吸取管放入排氣管內至少7公分。 ⑥讀取測試數值， 如果右邊的警告燈有亮表示廢氣分析儀無法使用。 ⑦ 量測完畢後，應使吸取管吸入新鮮空氣5分鐘後才關機(立即關機將使真空泵負載過大，壽命減短)。
