Field Gear Snow boots Wool or synthetic socks – 1 per day Sock liners (optional) Coat – waterproof, windproof outer layer Pants or bibs – waterproof, windproof outer layer Fleece vest, wool sweater – layer 3 Fleece jacket or anorak – layer 2 Long underwear top & bottom – core layer Warm hat 2 pairs waterproof gloves or mittens Glove liners Sunscreen/Chapstick Sunglasses/goggles Water bottle Day pack

Additional Info • Location –currently Jackson campus, may move to Kelley campus if small # of students • Cost - $385.43 • Scholarships • Fund raising (ideas) • Work auction slips • 50/50 raffles at bball games • Concessions (changes to policy-grandfather clause) • Bake sales • Lunch duty • Other ideas? • Parents willing to organize?

Preparation • Deposit/first payment • Forms: Risk, Medical, Behavioral • Gather Clothing • Chaperones • Trip Coordinator • Tina Melin • Group Chaperone • Todd Helms • Will be selecting 2-3 additional chaperones as determined by the number and gender of students going on the trip • Additional chaperones will be notified in early Nov.
