  2. 1. Rose Garden The largest of its type in the country, the Rose Garden is a sprawling one located at an altitude exceeding 2000 metres. Situated in the gradients of the Elk Hill, it is spread over 4 hectares. Managed by the Tamil Nadu Horticultural Department, this garden is the evidence of Ooty's unique climatic disposition.
