Build houses for a better tomorrow Build houses for a better tomorrow with Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna with Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna House is a basic necessity for any person and it should be made available to them at an affordable price. But with the current scenario it is impossible to get a house at a great location and that too with the right price. Therefore, the government has taken up the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna which will ensure that everyone gets a home of their own. This scheme was started in the year 2015 and will take around 7 years to be completed in the year 2022. The main milestone for India will be that in this year India will have its 75th year of independence. Objective The main objective of the project will be affordable housing scheme in India. Just because it is affordable will not mean that the basic amenities will be a concern. Continuous supply of electricity and water along with facilities such as public toilets will ensure that the city will develop better.

  2. This scheme is expected to have 2 crore homes and will target the people who have lower incomes and weaker sections of the society. The PMAY Housing scheme is situated in the outskirts of Delhi which is purchased from the private land owners and is being developed by the different developers. The site has complete accessibility to the national highways for better connectivity and the international airport is also in close proximity. Affordable housing Noida is just a dream which will be true in the times to come with Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna. The locality will also be equipped with commercial spaces for a faster development and inflow of the population. Women from all caste and creed are given priority for this scheme. This scheme will work in phases to give it a better approach and help in faster completion. It is one of the best plans and projects to invest as a part of the government intervention.
