General Dissemination Activities & Actions 1/2 T6.1 - 1st 6 months • Project Announcement (M1) & Press Release • Distribute through partner channels – i.e. web link, internal mailing lists & newsletters, local media contacts, … Quantitative Feedback • Events Planner (e.g.BELIEF plenary) • Information on partner participation at future events for inclusion in EU-IndiaGrid “presence” calendar • Dissemination Database • Contact details of “Gatekeepers” & multipliers

Workshops 1/3 T6.2 – 3 Workshops & 1 Conference Objective: “… an opportunity for both Europeans and Indians interested in the target disciplines .. to exchange knowledge, learn about each other’s developments, and identify potential collaboration opportunities in both research and commercial contracts for the future ..” Target: • High Energy Physics Biology & Medical applications • Condensed Matter Physics & Material Sciences Area • Earth and Atmospheric Physics and Climatology

  16. Project Conference Objectives: raise awareness of grid & EU-IndiaGrid applications Location: India Date: October 2007 Expected Outcome: Increased use of EGEE grid: >45mbps; new application areas, 200 people?

Training Events 1/2 T6.3 Objective: “… fully aware of the potential & characteristics of European Grid technology..“ Target: Indian Academia & Industry Expected Outcome: working knowledge of grid infrastructure & its benefits as well as spreading grid technology on a regional level Draft Time-line: See excel Handout for Details
