A construction engineer has the responsibility to manage and control the process of constructing several structures. His job is to check that the constructors are using the right materials to build the structure. He also has the responsibility to calculate how much the construction of a structure will cost and in how much time it will finish. A construction engineer has serious responsibilities so he must have some skills to be good at his job.
