Food Safety Risk Analysis Training Fellowship • ILSI Focal Point in China/Coca Cola Joint Training Program on Risk Assessment will sponsor Dr. Jianghui Zhu for a 3 month mentoring program
Commercially Sterile Packaged Foods (CSPF) Program • Developed with support from Campbell Soup, Kraft Foods and General Mills • One week course focused on • In-depth review of U.S. regulatory requirements and inspection practices • Thermal processing principles and process establishment • Industry best practices
Commercially Sterile Packaged Foods (CSPF) Program • Training conducted in • Morocco (2010) • China (2010 & 2011) • Seeking additional partners to update and expand CSPF • Develop BPCS training course for international processors
