Hospital • First, Tom receives shipments, applies lot code label to box , and brings unpacked boxes into stock room. • This goes on pretty much continuously.
Hospital • First thing in the morning, we transfer sick cards from previous day’s burn-in to Hospital table to await diagnosis • Then transfer good burned-in cards to trays on tea cart
Hospital • Bring card trays to table to await test.
Hospital • Bring card trays to table to await test.
Hospital • Unpack untested mezz cards for labeling and burn-in • Apply labels • Visual inspection of tantalum capacitor polarities !!
Hospital • Unpack untested mezz cards for labeling and burn-in • Apply labels • Load burn-in crate and scan bar codes • Start up burn-in crate
Hospital • Load test fixture and run mezz tests
Hospital • After test, transport sick mezz cards to Hospital table
Hospital • After test, transport sick mezz cards to Hospital table • Transport tray of tested mezz cards to re-packing table.
Hospital • After day’s testing is complete, re-pack and give to Tom for distribution That’s it! We just keep doing this every day for the next 3-4 months and we’re done !!! For more mezz card info, click here
