  4. ALA-APA Operating Summary *Includes loan interest payment of $4,713.

  5. Status of Loan Repayment *At its Fall meeting, F&A recommended and the Executive Board approved a loan payment of $23,543 based on the FY16 year-end results. Reducing the loan from $105,000 to $81,547.
