Therefore, many schemes are introduced by Delhi government. One of these schemes is Dwarka housing scheme. Whose aim is providing comfortable and luxurious houses to the people of Delhi at affordable prices. It is located in L Zone which is one of the largest zones in Delhi. They provide flats with all the modern infrastructure and basic amenities. DDA also formed master plan Delhi 2021 under land pooling policy. Delhi land policy is providing houses to the people at very low prices. Dwarka housing scheme is located in Delhi. Their motive is to provide comfortable homes to the people of Delhi at affordable prices. They provide 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments with all basic amenities such as lifts, 24/7 water supply, 24/7 power backup, fire fighting systems, car parking, gymnasium, club house, intercom, children’s play area. Dwarka Housing Society are in L Zone, Delhi Dwarka. Dwarka is being developed as smart cities under Delhi development authority.

  2. Area of apartment lies between 710 sqft to 1325 sqft. It is under construction project. The construction is of 11 flours. This project will be handover by dec 2021. Now a day’s life style of people is changing. For fitness they provide jogging track. Swimming pool and yoga/ meditation area are also available. Delhi society homes are basically residential project. Flats have Italian modular kitchen. All kind of cooking appliances are available such as microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, chimney with exhaust fan etc. bedrooms have designer wardrobes, cupboards, almiras etc. bathrooms are fitted with exhaust fan, mirror, tower rack/rod and accessories. Delhi Land Pooling Policy is offering best places to the people of Delhi for living and for work. Delhi is a place where people comes in search of jobs obviously they need a home for living. Due to high prices they search homes in native towns in this case BSP of Rs. 3000 is a game changer. DDA has many projects their recent project is Delhi Awas Yojna. Delhi Awas Yojna is one of the best projects in Delhi. Aim of Delhi Awas Yojna is to provide homes to the people for the betterment of people of Delhi. DDA is known as Delhi development authority which was created in 1955. DDA is formed especially for housing, infrastructure, commercial and leisure facilities. DDA first master plan was formed in year 1962 and then in 1982 which is re-vised in 2001 and then revised in 2007 to form Master Plan Delhi 2021. Their main motive is to provide houses to all the peoples of Delhi at affordable prices. This plan is especially for middle and lower sector. That is for those who want to live in comfortable houses but cant able to buy the house because of alarming prices day by day. This plan makes dream come true for many. On 7th November 2014 DDA has bought land pooling policy. This policy is like turning point for residential industry.
