  1. Delhi Aawas Yojna: Housing Scheme and Land Pooling Delhi housing was a great deal until the start of the time. The auspicious step taken by the Government is easing the accommodations in the city. The multistate Delhi Housing Society is soothing the desire of having an own home in the capital city. The mission is here not only to avail the houses but also to serve the overall infrastructure to embrace the common needs, as sanitation, dispensaries and many more like this. The Master Plan Delhi – 2021 is incomplete without the sufficient land availabilities. Obviously, the city is itself a rush and thus the land becomes a struggle here. Here the DDA Land Pooling Policy is serving the need where the Government can fairly take the lands from their real owners for the development perspective and then will hand over them again to them after the betterment of the same. Delhi Housing Scheme is a bunch of several strategies where many components are involved. The government is handling the overall very carefully as they have planned some tactics to achieve their mission. There will be a sense of security where people can live independently to conquer the real need. Not limited to the accommodations only, there are many other plans are also taking place. From the roads to dispensaries, everything is catered in the way to soothe people and their living hood.
