Afford Affordable Del Delhi H able Housin Housing a hi Hous ousing g at D ing Soci Societ t Del elhi hi unde under r ety y The Master Plan Delhi 2021 is a project that Delhi and Central Delhi has come up with to construct houses and make them affordable enough so that middle class people of Delhi can live there. ‘Housing for All by 2022’ is the mission of MPD-2021. Delhi Housing Society or Awas Yojna in Dwarka is one of the most incredible investment propositions. Many Delhi Multi State CGHS operating under Delhi’s Multi State Co-operative Group Housing Society Guidelines, offer cost-effective affordable housing schemes in land pooling zones under MPD 2021.

  2. Delhi LPP Zones have been declared to be developed as Smart Cities and have been sanctioned to offer 25 lakhs affordable homes under ‘Housing for All by 2022’ in Delhi. Many such schemes are called Smart City Delhi Awas Yojna, Delhi Awas Yojna, Delhi Housing Schemes, Delhi CGHS Yojna, Delhi Housing Yojna, Delhi Housing Society, Smart City Delhi Housing Scheme, etc. will be offered under PPP Model via award winning DDA’s MPD 2021. Many projects have been deemed contributing in boosting the vision of providing affordable homes in Delhi to EMS and other low/middle income categories. These housing projects are inspired by Honorable Prime Minister’s scheme called the ‘Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna’. This comes with the objective of providing affordable homes to the residents of Delhi and to people who might move to Delhi from surrounding areas like Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, and Greater Noida. It will take five years to complete the construction of these houses as per MPD 2021. The one thing that stands out the most is the concern for women because 33% of the total homes are reserved for women which will empower them. The ultimate goal of this project is to help people buy and enjoy their dream home at an affordable price.
