GLOW EFFECT. By Kelly Bacon . First, open up Photoshop along with a desired photo. File >open. 2) Next, click on Filter>Render>Lighting Effects 3) Lighting Effects window opens, change ONLY the Light type to 'Omni' (the other will stay as default).

First, open up Photoshop along with a desired photo. File>open
2) Next, click on Filter>Render>Lighting Effects 3) Lighting Effects window opens, change ONLY the Light type to 'Omni' (the other will stay as default)
4) The “glow” should be applied to your picture at this time. And you’ll end up with something like this:
-If it is not in the right place simply click the circle and drag it to place you chose. -or if you want to change the amount of lighting (the default values) Use “trial and error” and play around with the Intensity and properties levels. (just play around and have fun! ) Note: In order to edit each time, you have to click Filter>Render>Light Effects your end result should look something like this:
