Priority will be given to ITS conversions. Any questions contact the ECM at 901-874-4367. • ETNAV is designated a COMPETIVE rate in CNAV. Refer to NAVAMIN 150/13 with questions concerning CNAV skill sets. • If you have a quota and fail to re-enlist we will not reset for an In-rate quota. We need YG 2009-2012 to convert to ITS but you are eligible to apply for any rate that you qualify for.
