Summary of RNC at STAR and ALICE • ALICE: • EMCal project provides unique opportunity for highly visible, high impact new program that is fully consistent with RNC physics accomplishments and interests • targeted, limited effort focused on EMCal and its related physics • STAR:RNC participation will evolve in next ~3 years: • Expanded effort on STAR tracking upgrades • Correspondingly reduced STAR analysis effort • Current high pT group will migrate to ALICE by 2008 • STAR jet physics and hard process analyses will be carried out by the existing “Soft Physics” group
