- Draft - First Announcement ANSCSE8 The 8th Annual National Symposium on Computational Science and Engineering 21 - 23 July 2004 Suranaree University of Technology Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand
Call for Papers The Annual National Symposium on Computational Science and Engineering (ANSCSE) has been the major forum for researchers and scientists to exchange ideas and interests, explore new directions, and initiate possible collaboration in computational science and engineering research. The topics of this conference will include but are not limited to the following areas: • Computational Mathematics • Computational Physics • Computational Chemistry • Computational Biology • Computer Algebra and Numerical Methods • Computational Fluid Dynamics • Computational Mechanics • Geocomputing • Evolutionary Computing • Fuzzy and Neural Computing • High-Performance Computing • Numerical Analysis • Computer Simulation and Modeling • Scientific Visualization and Virtual Reality • Environmental Modeling etc.
Paper Submission Submission of Contributed Abstracts and Papers Contributed papers are welcome to the following parallel sessions : • Computational Physics • Computational Chemistry and Biology • High Performance Computing and Computational Mathematics • Computational Fluid Dynamics and Mechanics Presentations in parallel sessions will be oral with a duration of approximately 15 minutes. Presentations in the workshop on computational fluid dynamics can be performed as long as 60 minutes, and should be designed to show the participants an actual implementation of a numerical method. Some computational facilities can be provided for the participants, if requested by the presenters. Abstract submission is required for reviewing through research committee. After the notification of acceptance, 2 copies of full papers written in accordance with the manuscript preparation guidelines are requested. All papers and presentations will be in English. Submission and Contact Address Please send all submissions via email to anscse8reg@ccs.sut.ac.th Important Dates Abstract Submission Deadline : 6 February, 2004 Full Paper Deadline : 31 March, 2004 * People who submit abstract will be automatically pre-registered
