  2. Delta airlines have specific policies when it comes to cancellation of flights, and you should be informed of the following. It depends on which ticket you are booking, which could be paper or electronic. The paper ticket cannot be canceled or changed online. If it is a paper ticket, you can always cancel the same by going to the agent. You can also call the Delta airlines phone number customer care between the set hours when you wish to cancel the ticket. This phone works between all days of the week between Mondays to Friday. If you cancel the flight before 3 hours left for the plane, then you lose the entire money that you paid for the flight. Rules are the same for both refundable and nonrefundable flights.
