Benefits of Tracker • Production environment is secured • Your defined process for movement from development to production is enforced • Versions automatically added to the version control system every time a document is changed in production • System is fully automated requiring minimal training for the users • Works seamlessly with Resite Publisher Slide 3

How Tracker Works • Document creator right clicks on file(s) to publish • Workflow is kicked off • Approval messages sent via email to appropriate approvers • Document is copied to Version Control System and the Production Directory • Document is picked up by Resite Publisher, eAssistant and Web help is created and sent to Web • End user accesses EPSS Slide 4
