What do you do for a living? • I’m a salesperson. I’ve got a temporary job at the local market. It’s part time three days a week. I don’t like this job. It’s stressful and exhausting.
What do you do? • I work for a finance company as an accountant. I love my job. It’s challenging and that’s why motivating. I have to work quickly and accurately. I use a range of software.
I work at the Human Resources department in a large international company. I have to be good at dealing with people and solving problems.
How’s your job going? Not bad. I’ve got a promotion to a more responsible position. I can finally afford to buy a car.
Are you still working for that catering company? • No, I resigned from my post because of a disagreement with my boss. Now I’m out of work.
Are you still working for that insurance company? • No, didn’t you hear? The company went bankrupt and I was made redundant. At the moment I’m unemployed.
